To be a successful triathlete you have to be good at swimming, cycling and running. The problem with triathlon is there are three different sports to train for. Balancing all of them and becoming good at all of them en route to becoming a great triathlete is complicated.

In my personal blog I make an effort to explore all of these areas of concern and offer some advice for training toward your first or best triathlon.
